For value received, I hereby consent and agree that the farm and personal property now occupied by me and owned by James Claydon, deceased, may be offerend for sale, either public or private, as such time as B.S. Robinson, Executor, may prefer, and I hereby release him from all obligations under the last will & testament of said James Claydon, waiving the privilege of one year for choice of purchase. And I offer the sum of $1000, for said farm, without the personal property thereon payable upon delivery of deed.
