In The Name of God, Amen. I Thomas Thresher, the Elder, of the City
of New Sarum, in the County of Wilts, Collarmaker, being sound of Body,
and of sound and perfect memory, bless God, for the same, Do revoke
all former Wills by me made, Do make and publish this my last
Will and Testament, in manner and form following, first I give and
Devise to my wife
Lucey Thresher, all and every thing part and parcel
of all kind whatsoever, that is to say my two freehold houses, and gardens
and all and every part, and parsel there unto belonging, or any ways
apertaining, situated in Wintchester Street, in the City and County aforesaid
known by the sign of the hand and flower and formerly by the Griffin, now
in the poseshon of
Elizabeth Hascal wife, and the next house there unto--
adjoining lately in the manner or ocupaishon, of
James Oakford, and
allso two leasehold houses, held by lease, under
Nicolas Elliott Esqr. in
Milford Street, in the said City, afore said, for her natural life, and after
her deseas, I give and Devise, my two freehold houses, in Wintchester Street,
as is above mentioned, with every part and parcel thereunto belonging
or apertaining, unto my two daughters,
Elisabeth Johnson, wife, and
Mary Geboult, wife, of
Hew Geboult, paffinmaker jointly and Equaley
between them, share and share alike, to be theirs, and their heirs, or assigns,
for ever, I give and Devise, any lease hold house now in the poseshon of my--
grandson, to my son
Thomas Thresher and I give and Devise my lease hold
house, that I know live in, together with all the household furnitur, and all
other chattels whatsoever there unto belonging or apertaining, unto my
son
John Thresher, and I do nominate, constitute, and apoint, my said
wife, sole Executrex, of this my last will and Testament, and if it
shall to happen, that aney money or debt, or debts, shall so happen at the
Deseas, of my said wife, then all the rents, isshews, and proffits, of all
and every part of the said Lands and tenements, be first aplied, to pay and
discharge the same, and to apoint, my son in law,

sett my hand and seal this sixteenth day of August and in the year of

Be itt remembered that I Thomas Thresher the Elder author and assign of this
will do after and disanull, revoke and make now one part hereof that is to say
all thatt tenement and garden now in the poseshon of my Grandson Tho. Thresher I do
by this Codisal give the said hous and all thereunto belonging to my wife and Executrix
to sell and dispose of as shee shall think proper given under my hand the seventh
day of February in the year of our Lord 1772
