LUCY JOHNSON MILLER (1826-1901)

Lucy was the second daughter of George & Harriet (Welch) Miller, and named after one of her father's sisters. After her father died, she stayed at home with her sister Leonora and their mother Harriet in Bath. To make a living, they did sewing work, in particular fancy work of Berlin Wool.
